Single-occupancy in a double room: A 50-80% surcharge on the daily rate will be added.
Visitors‘ tax: A residence tax in the amount of 2,80 Euro per person per night shall be charged to all guests over the age of 14.
To complete reservation, we request that you send us a written confirmation, which has to be reconfirmed by the management. The booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the cost of stay per room. This amount can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

In the event of cancellation of the booking, we charge the following cancellation fee (s. ART. 7 AGB)
Up to 3 months: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month: 40% of the total cost of stay
1 month to 1 week: 70% of the total cost of stay

The room will be ready for occupation from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Should you arrive after 7:00 p.m., we kindly request you to inform us.
Upon departure, we kindly request you to leave the room by 10:30 a.m.

You can use wireless free of charge throughout the hotel.
Dogs are also welcome in our dog-friendly rooms by prior arrangement. We ask you to bring your own blankets or baskets. For our guests with dogs, we have a newly renovated dining room where you can take your four-legged friend with you to eat. However, they are not allowed in the wellness area and garden. Selva offers many walking paths where your four-legged friend will feel free to run and have fun We shall charge 20,00 Euro per day. In case of damage the owner of the dog is liable.
